Once the excess water has been removed, the floors and walls may appear dry, but a quick inspection will reveal they are wet to the touch. This retained water can cause the materials to break down, warp, or cause mold damage. We use specialized equipment to remove the remaining water that is harder to access. We will carefully follow the national standards of the IICRC S-500 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration to properly dry your home or business. A normal dry out takes 3-4 days to complete but every job is different.
